Employee Assistance Program (T.E.A.M.)
EAP Services
T.E.A.M.’s EAP services are designed to assist members in improving their quality of life both on and off the job. We offer a vast array of life-enhancing services to address the challenges and concerns of everyday living such as juggling work and family, health and wellness concerns, education and tuition planning and career development.
We also provide services to members and their families that address more pressing issues such as a child in trouble, an aging parent needing care, unpaid debt or substance abuse problems.
Regardless of the severity of a member’s concerns, T.E.A.M. has experienced and caring counselors, with a minimum of either a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a counseling discipline, to confidentially speak with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the member prefers to speak face-to-face with a counselor, T.E.A.M. has convenient office hours available.
Managed Behavioral Healthcare Services
For some members, EAP services are enough to help them manage life's difficulties and remain productive at work. Others require additional care through a thoughtful, responsive Managed Behavioral Healthcare program. T.E.A.M.'s Integrated EAP and Managed Behavioral Healthcare approach blends both services into a seamless program for members and their dependents. Integration also provides members and benefit administrators with an efficient, single source for management and reporting without the challenge of multiple vendors.
T.E.A.M. works closely with all benefit administrators to coordinate and integrate care in the most clinically appropriate and cost effective manner, while maintaining compliance with the detailed expectations of the organization’s Health and Welfare Summary Plan Description. T.E.A.M.'s carve-out Managed Behavioral Healthcare services provide the highest quality solutions for individuals with mild to complex psychosocial and chemical dependency needs. As a result, T.EA.M. significantly reduces the costs associated with behavioral health conditions and improves the overall health and productivity of your members.
