PPO Network Rental Program (PPO-NR) Our PPO Network Rental (PPO-NR) program in Minnesota and North Dakota is truly one-of- a kind. Implemented in 2006, PPO-NR offers members access to one of the largest provider networks in the region. As a result of a six month request for information (RFI) process, we did what few thought could be done - that is, pool our collective size to negotiate the most aggressive discounts while sticking to our core principle of ensuring the appropriateness and highest quality of care delivered to our members and their families. Our program goes beyond just the aggressive discounts; we also negotiated the unthinkable - tiered pricing on the administration and core access fees. That's right - the more folks participate in this program, the lower your costs will be! In addition, PPO-NR will offer members ala-carte services in much needed areas such as comprehensive large case management, health assessment tools, disease and behavioral health management and wellness programs such as smoking cessation, weight loss management and more.
